Educational Qualification 

Candidates applying for OSSC FSO post must have completed Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, Bio Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry or Medicine.

Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery or equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Master degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine.

Degree or Master Degree in Food Engineering, Food Processing and Preservation, Food Process Engineering, Food Technology and Management, Food Biotechnology, Food Safety or quality assurance, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Horticulture etc.
